The exact scope of work, deliverables, pricing, estimated timeline, revisions, and other project requirements may vary depending on the service selected.

Before beginning a project, Bespoke Book Publishing may provide the client with a quotation, proposal, order summary, service agreement, invoice, or other description of the project.

The specific project agreement may contain information regarding:

• Services included
• Project scope
• Deliverables
• Pricing
• Payment schedule
• Estimated timeline
• Number of revisions
• Client responsibilities
• Additional services
• Other project-specific conditions

Where a written project agreement conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the project-specific agreement may control for that particular project.

Prices displayed on the website may vary depending on the service, project requirements, word count, complexity, number of deliverables, publishing requirements, design requirements, marketing requirements, and other factors.

A quotation provided by Bespoke Book Publishing may be based on the information available at the time the quotation is prepared.

If project requirements change after an order has been placed, additional charges may apply.

Any additional work outside the original scope should be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken where reasonably possible.

Clients agree to make payments according to the payment terms communicated during the purchase or project onboarding process.

Depending on the project, payment may be required in full or through an agreed payment schedule.

Work may not begin until the required payment or initial deposit has been received and successfully processed.

If a scheduled payment is not received, Bespoke Book Publishing may pause work until the account is brought current.

Delays resulting from unpaid invoices may affect the estimated project completion date.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to complete their project.

Depending on the service, clients may need to provide:

• Manuscripts
• Book ideas
• Outlines
• Research
• Author information
• Images
• Photographs
• References
• Publishing account information
• Formatting requirements
• Design preferences
• Marketing information
• Feedback and approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing information supplied to them and providing timely feedback.

A delay in providing required information, materials, approvals, or feedback may result in a corresponding delay to the project.

Clients retain responsibility for the materials they provide to Bespoke Book Publishing.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authority to use and provide that content for the requested service.

This includes, where applicable:

• Text
• Photographs
• Illustrations
• Logos
• Artwork
• Research
• Quotations
• Third-party materials
• Audio
• Video
• Other copyrighted material

You agree not to knowingly provide content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their original materials that they provide to Bespoke Book Publishing.

The ownership of newly created work may depend on the service purchased and the terms of the applicable project agreement.

Where full ownership or transfer of rights is included in the purchased service, such transfer will be subject to receipt of the required payment and any applicable written agreement.

Bespoke Book Publishing does not claim ownership of a client’s original manuscript merely because the manuscript has been submitted for editing, formatting, publishing, marketing, or another service.

Third-party platforms, publishing companies, stock resources, fonts, software, music, images, or other licensed materials may remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Estimated timelines are provided based on the scope of the project and the information available when the project begins.

Timelines may be affected by:

• Client delays
• Late feedback
• Changes in project scope
• Additional revisions
• Missing materials
• Third-party platform delays
• Publishing platform approvals
• Technical issues
• Holidays
• Unforeseen circumstances

For this reason, estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed deadline has been agreed to in writing.

Clients are expected to review project materials and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a project includes a specified number of revisions, revisions are intended to address reasonable changes within the original project scope.

Requests that substantially change the approved direction, concept, manuscript structure, design concept, or service scope may be considered additional work.

Once final materials have been approved by the client, further changes may require additional charges.

Bespoke Book Publishing may communicate with clients through email, telephone, messaging applications, project management systems, or other agreed communication channels.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring relevant communications.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, missed communications, spam filters, unavailable accounts, or failure to respond to project-related requests.

Bespoke Book Publishing recognizes the confidential nature of unpublished manuscripts, book concepts, author information, and project materials.

We will use reasonable measures to protect client information and will only use project materials as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, operate our business, comply with legal requirements, or protect our rights.

Additional confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations may be established through a separate written agreement where requested and mutually accepted.

Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

Bespoke Book Publishing may suspend or terminate a project or service where:

• Payments remain overdue
• The client materially breaches these Terms
• The client provides unlawful or infringing materials
• The client engages in abusive or threatening conduct
• Continuing the project would create legal or security concerns
• The client repeatedly fails to provide required information or approvals

Where appropriate, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed before termination.

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction and governing-law provisions established in the relevant client agreement, where applicable.

If you have questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, your project, or our services, please contact Bespoke Book Publishing through the contact information provided on our website.
