Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the stage of the project, the amount of work already completed, and the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Because many of our services involve customized work created specifically for an individual author or project, services that have already been performed or substantially initiated may not be eligible for a full refund.

We encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if they have concerns about a project or wish to request cancellation.

If a client requests cancellation before any substantial work has started, the request may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable payment processing charges or project-specific terms.

A refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

We will review the order, payment, project status, and applicable agreement before determining the appropriate refund amount.

Once work has started, a refund may be reduced based on the amount of work already completed.

For example, if our team has already performed writing, editing, proofreading, research, design, formatting, publishing preparation, marketing planning, or other services, the completed portion of the service may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Where substantial work has been completed, the payment may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Certain projects may involve third-party costs, including but not limited to:

• Advertising expenses

• Website hosting
• Software subscriptions
• Stock assets

Bespoke Book Publishing cannot guarantee refunds for fees charged directly by third parties.

Any third-party refund will be governed by the relevant provider’s policies.

If a client believes that a delivered service requires correction, the client should contact us and clearly explain the issue.

Where revisions are included in the purchased package, reasonable revisions within the agreed scope may be provided.

Clients should not request a refund solely because they prefer a different creative direction when the delivered work meets the agreed project requirements.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to resolve concerns through revisions, corrections, or another reasonable solution before processing a refund.

A project may be delayed when a client does not provide required materials, approvals, feedback, access credentials, or other information.

Client-caused delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a project remains inactive for an extended period because the client has not responded or supplied required materials, Bespoke Book Publishing may place the project on hold.

Additional work required after a prolonged project delay may be subject to revised timelines or additional charges.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds may not be available for:

• Work already completed
• Services already delivered
• Customized creative work already produced
• Approved project milestones
• Services abandoned because of client inactivity
• Third-party fees
• Advertising spend already used
• Publishing or distribution fees already paid
• Domain or hosting costs already incurred
• Licensed third-party assets already purchased
• Additional work requested outside the original scope
• Completed revisions included in the purchased package

Approval of one refund does not create an automatic entitlement to refunds for future purchases or other clients.

The time required for the funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Bespoke Book Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other financial institutions.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved refund may be partial rather than full.

A partial refund may be appropriate where part of the service has already been completed or where third-party costs have already been incurred.

The amount of any refund will be determined based on the applicable project terms and the work or expenses associated with the project.

If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly.

We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct duplicate or erroneous charges.

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right to a refund or cancellation that differs from this policy, the applicable law will control.
